Dave & Marlene

Our Global Workers this week are Dave and Marlene, they are working with Muslims in Alberta with Interact Ministries

"Please continue to pray for David for strength, energy and good health. I have not visited Hala since spring as she has been nursing her mother who has terminal cancer. We speak on the phone and text. Please pray for her as she is very weary and is becoming discouraged. Elias (her adult autistic son) seems to be about the same with his health and stomach problems. Pray for wisdom for the doctors.Please pray I will be able to connect with Mary now that the children are back in school. She has interest in reading the Bible with me. Pray we will be able to meet regularly to read and study the Bible together.Thank you for your prayers and blessings to us!!! ”

CHURCH BUSINESS

We are excited to announce that we have called Paris Perry to be our Executive Pastor...and he accepted! Paris comes with more than 16 years of pastoral experience in different contexts and has been most recently the Senior Pastor at Nicola Valley Evangelical Free Church in Merritt B.C.

We are excited to have Paris and his wife Heather join our Church and Pastoral Team. The plan is to have Paris officially start January 1, 2024. Please pray for them as they are needing to sell their home, and find a new home in Three Hills, all the while going through the journey of goodbyes and ending ministry in Merritt. Also pray for God's leading and blessing on the Nicola Valley Church as they transition and move forward without Paris as their Senior Pastor.
