"We have started into our harvest (our garden is doing well this year and we have been able to help out a fellow ministry family who has a special needs boy in need of fresh produce) so we are thankful.  We have finally started to get into our field crop, what should take 5 days usually takes 1 month in this country, so we are praying for smooth operations and weather conditions to be favourable.  Like every farmer, trusting Him with the yield.

Another prayer request we have is we need to fix our farm well to feed our cattle and supply our meat plant with water.  We had a well drilled a few years ago but the casing caved in.  We drilled a new well on the farm last year but the water supply is not great.  A drilling company would fix the first well casing (redial) for $8,000 CAD.  We are still hauling 3 tonnes of water from our house (5km distance from the farm) 3 times daily to 300-700 head of cattle.  The warmer months are a bit easier.  The winter months make it a little difficult.

Weather introverted or extroverted, good at memorizing or not, you will find someone similar to yourself and be yet encouraged to grow.   Our registration day is Sept 5 at 1845 at Manor Gospel Church, but feel free to come any Tuesday and Thursday . Any adults wanting to help and mentor youth please come! We need all the help we can get. Also 3Hills will be hosting our first tournament in October so billets for quizzers and staff are needed! More info to follow.
