SIM | Canada
Darryl and Katie first experienced God's call back to the mission field in late 2020. Through much prayer and seeking of God's will, they were led to Liberia, West Africa to serve with SIM at the ELWA campus and arrived with their children (Camden, Cecelia and Chelsea) in 2022. In the summer of 2025, they felt the Lord leading them to return home where they are now serving with SIM Canada in leadership.
Darryl serves as Director of Operations for SIM Canada. He leads the Facilities, Projects, Philanthropic and Communications Departments. He works remotely from home in Three Hills, Alberta and is in the head office in Toronto once every 6-8 weeks. In his role, Darryl helps support 175 missionaries in Canada and around the world. Once a year he travels internationally to visit different SIM Canada projects and missionaries.
